The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions at Gourmet Cookware
1.0 Delivery Policy
1.1 All orders above £40.00 are delivered free within the UK mainland.
Orders below this amount will be subject to a carriage charge of £5.95 (UK Mainland Only)
The above rates are excluding the following geographical areas: Scottish Highlands, Aberdeenshire & Northern Ireland where the Delivery charge is £9.95 for all orders under £119.00.
Channel Islands & Isle of Man, & Other Offshore Islands £28.95 for all order sizes.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept orders outside of the UK.
1.2 Deliveries are normally dispatched Monday to Friday within 2 working days from receipt of order from our warehouse facility. We normally use a 24 hour carrier service (UK mainland only), therefore a signature to confirm receipt of your order will usually be required, please add any special instructions to the 'Additional Comments' section when placing your order. Weekend delivery service is not available as a checkout option on our website.
You will be advised of any delay, or if any item is no longer available. Please note carrier delivery times are not guaranteed. Deliveries to Scotland, Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland may be sent via Royal Mail at our discretion and will take longer.
1.3 All products are offered subject to availability and may be withdrawn if all stock is sold or if the manufacturers are unable to deliver. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be given a full refund.
1.4 If delivery is delayed through default of Gourmet Cookware, Gourmet Cookware's liability shall be limited to a refund of the purchase price.
1.5 Alternative goods will not be substituted without your express permission
2.0 Prices
2.1 All prices quoted are in pounds sterling (£). No additional charge for VAT applies.
2.2 Prices may be subject to change due to manufacturers price alterations In such cases you will be notified of any changes before your order is despatched
2.3 We may refuse to accept an order if goods are not available; we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment, there has been a pricing error, product description or product image error; or if we are unable to fulfill your order for any other reason beyond our control
3.0 Payment
3.1 Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, Switch or Maestro debit cards or Paypal.
Payment will be debited to your account before the despatch of your order
3.2 For peace of mind, the transmission of credit card details for all Gourmet Cookware on-line orders is carried via secure (encrypted) network connections.
3.3 We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure. But in the absence
of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing
or ordering from Gourmet Cookware.
4.0 Damage or Loss
4.1 In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us in writing
In the case of Non-delivery, please wait 10 days from the date of your order, in case it has been delayed
In the case of Damage, please retain the products and contact us on 01449 700072 within 7 days of receipt.
5.0 Refund & Cancellation Policy
5.1 Where indicated the products are covered by the relevant manufacturers guarantee.
5.2 If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days, in the original box/boxes, along with your receipt. The costs of returning unwanted purchases to us shall be borne by you.
5.3 Electrical appliances are sold for domestic use only and are not suitable for hotel, catering or commercial use.

[email protected], or telephone 01449 700072. Our line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and manned during normal office hours, Monday to Friday.
If we are unable to take your call, please leave a message on our answerphone.
We aim to respond within one working day, and guarantee a response within three working days.
5.5 Nothing in this clause shall affect your statutory rights.
6.0 Data Protection
6.1 Apart from the security issues, we are conscious of how annoying it can be to receive unsolicited e-mail from people you do not know. Gourmet Cookware does not pass on customer details to third parties for marketing purposes.
The only information collected is that given at the time of ordering, and that is necessary to fulfill customers orders. This information is collected
lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulation ( GDPR) which comes into effect on 25th May 2018. We are committed to keeping buyers’ personal information confidential.This information may be passed on to third parties to process your order and for financial accounting purposes or to meet other legal obligations. 6.2 For certain purchases, we may need to verify your identity with a trusted third party for fraud prevention or age verfication purposes in order to fulfil our legal obligations
7.0 Miscellaneous
7.1 The information contained in this Web Site is provided by the manufacturers, and reproduced with their permission. Gourmet Cookware cannot be held accountable for any inaccuracies contained herein.
