Under The GDPR buyers are entitled to obtain from us a copy of the data held concerning them and to have any inaccuracies in the data rectified. We are obliged to provide this data to within 1 calendar month of the request and free of charge. However we have the right to refuse or charge for requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive and repetitive. We will ask for proof of identity before providing or updating any personal information we hold about you and any legitimate reason we are unable to fulfil any requests and why.

We do not store credit card details

We also accept online payments by PayPal if you prefer not to use your credit card every time you shop online.
You can also use the Gourmet Cookware Web site as a catalogue and make your purchase by telephone as we also accept payment by cheque using regular mail. . For your security and protection we don't accept credit card payments over the telephone.
