Delivery Information

We know you like to receive our cookware as quickly as possible. Therefore, unlike many other cookware websites we never charge extra for Express Delivery for UK Mainland orders delivered from Monday to Friday  (excludes Weekends and Bank Holidays ) when ordered directly from our website. 

Most Deliveries are normally dispatched  Monday to Friday within 2 working days from receipt of order from our warehouse facility. We normally use a next day carrier service (UK mainland only), therefore a signature to confirm receipt of your order will usually be required, please add any special  instructions to the 'Additional Comments' section  when placing your order.

All orders above £40.00* are delivered free within the UK mainland normally by a next day carrier service**
 Orders below this amount will be subject to a carriage charge of £5.95* (UK Mainland Only) and may be sent be Royal Mail at our discretion 

 Unfortunately we are unable to accept orders outside of the UK

*These rates are excluding the following  geographical areas Highlands, Aberdeenshire  & Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Isle of Man & Other Offshore Islands where additional charges will apply. Please see our 'Terms and Conditions' page for further details.

**Please note carrier delivery times are not guaranteed. You will be advised of any delay.  Weekend delivery service or a nominated day is not available as a checkout option  via our website and would be at an additional cost.

Deliveries to Scotland, Highlands, Islands  & Northern Ireland  may be sent via  Royal Mail at our discretion and these will take longer.
