| The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions at Gourmet Cookware
1.0 Deliveries
1.1 All orders above £40.00 are delivered free within the UK mainland.
Orders below this amount will be subject to a carriage charge of £4.00.
1.2 Deliveries are normally made within 7 days from receipt of order. A signature
to confirm receipt of your order will be required. You will be advised of any
delay, or if any item is no longer available.
1.3 All products are offered subject to availability and may be withdrawn if
all stock is sold or if the manufacturers are unable to deliver. If your order
can not be fulfilled you will be given a full refund.
1.4 If delivery is delayed through default of Gourmet Cookware, Gourmet Cookware's
liability shall be limited to a refund of the purchase price.
1.5 Alternative goods will not be substituted without your express permission.
2.0 Prices
2.1 All prices quoted are in pounds sterling (£) and include UK Value
Added Tax (VAT) at 17.5%
2.2 Prices may be subject to change due to manufacturers price alterations or
change to the rate of Value Added Tax. In such cases you will be notified of
any changes before your order is despatched.
3.0 Payment
3.1 Payment may be made by cheque, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch or Maestro debit cards.
Payment will be debited to your account before the despatch of your order.
3.2 For peace of mind, the transmission of credit card details for all Gourmet
Cookware on-line orders is carried via secure (encrypted) network connections.
3.3 We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do
so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure. But in the absence
of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer
if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing
or ordering from Gourmet Cookware.
4.0 Damage or Loss
4.1 In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit
please contact us in writing.
In the case of:
Non-delivery, please wait 14 days from the date of your order, in case it has
been delayed.
In the case of:
Damage, please retain the products and contact us on 01928 740 844 within 7
days of receipt.
5.0 Product Guarantee
5.1 Where indicated the products are covered by the relevant manufacturers
guarantee.
5.2 If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within
28 days, in the original box/boxes, along with your receipt.
5.3 Electrical appliances are sold for domestic use only and are not suitable for hotel, catering or
commercial use.

a day, 7 days a week, and manned during normal office hours, Monday to Friday.
If we are unable to take your call, please leave a message on our answerphone.
We aim to respond within one working day, and guarantee a response within three
working days.
5.5 Nothing in this clause shall affect your statutory rights.
6.0 Data Protection
6.1 The only information collected is that given at the time of ordering, and
that is necessary to fulfill customers orders. This information is collected
lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. This information
is not passed on to third parties.
7.0 Miscellaneous
7.1 The information contained in this Web Site is provided by the manufacturers,
and reproduced with their permission. Gourmet Cookware cannot be held accountable
for any inaccuracies contained herein.
